Development on Rt40
Pre-Submission Notice for Rt.40.
There will be a pre-submission Meeting at Miller Library on Monday, August 26th at 6:00pm
The plan to be discussed is putting a Taco Bell restaurant at 9416 Baltimore National Pike. From the map it looks like that is probably in front of the old Dolly's now Gander's car wash - (I'm not sure what is in the current buildings there).
A pre-submission community meeting is required prior to the submission of the development plan to the Department of Planing and Zoning.
