General Discussion

I noticed survey activity along the edges of the Miller Land Co property several weeks ago and again today. The surveyors were having difficulty finding my corner marker so I helped them find it and they told me that the Miller property was in the process of being sold to a developer. They didn't have any additional information. I believe that they were doing pre-sale due diligence to determine if there were any encroachments or other barriers to development.

Frankly I thought that the property would be given to Millers Grant for expansion. We all knew this was coming for a long time but it looks like it will happen sooner than later. I do not know the status of the vacant land or if the site plan that was approved for those sections years ago is still in effect.
